Recently enjoyed two nights at Clontarf Hotel, Llandudno. Overall, impressed and well satisfied. Set in a quiet residential area under the Great Orme and close to the beach, this hotel offered a warm welcome, very tasty and wholesome breakfasts and spacious accommodation. We took Room 2 (1st floor, overlooking Great Ormes Road, and looking up to the impressive Great Orme)...

Selected this hotel because of it's facilities, price and reviews on TripAdvisor and were not at all disappointed. Extremely friendly hotel, superb service. Only 10 minutes walk from centre of town so great for an evening meal as we arrived late. Even in off season there were plenty of choices. Superb breakfast. Greatly surprised on Valentines morning by the addition...

A very comfortable hotel where the owners make you feel welcome from the minute you step through the door. Our room was spacious with a separate seating area and the breakfasts were exceptional and always freshly cooked. Thank you Mark & Joni we had a lovely relaxing few days and certainly hope to return later in the year.

The bathroom included a lovely selection of l'occitane products. The breakfast menu was fantastic with a vast choice of hot and cold food. There is a small "bar" area which operates on an honesty basis. This is...

Room not large but adequate - a few too many cushions on the bed for my liking - a pet hate in contemporary hotels where they seem to be compulsory. TV a bit old and position a bit off - I'd remove the sofa and put in a bigger screen opposite the bed. The bathroom was fine and the management...

Had a lovely stay at the Clontarf Hotel at the end of January. The hotel is situated on Llandudno West Shore under the shadow of The Great Orme. We stayed in a front room (The Metropolitan) which presented us with a great view of the Orme and it's precariously grazing inhabitants...the Kashmiri mountain goats. The Metropolitan was spacious, roomy and...
