We had a fantastic stay in wonderful quirky Llandudno, and Cleave Court B & B was the icing on the cake! The owners were very friendly and welcoming, allowing us to check in early which made our afternoon so much easier. Our room was spotless, warm and cosy and we felt instantly at home. Despite a gale blowing outside, we had a fantastic night's sleep in the ultra comfy bed and woke up to a delicious breakfast in the morning. We will definitely be back and thoroughly recommend Cleave Court. Thank you!

I, with some friends, stayed here this weekend whilst visiting a convention in Llandudno. We couldn’t have asked for more - lovely rooms, very clean, great breakfast and very accommodating hosts. Would recommend to anyone who needs a B&B in Llandudno.

Stayed for five nights at the end of September. The room was spotlessly clean and the hosts were excellent. Friendly and helpful, they were extremely knowledgeable and offered helpful advice on places to visit. The breakfasts were exceptional, and they catered for every eventuality and taste. Off street parking was also an attraction. We had a wonderful time in Wales and will certainly use Cleave Court again when next we visit the area.

Beyond expectations! Nothing lacking.... Perfect scrambled eggs 👌🏻 Even provided a jug of fresh milk on arrival, a lovely welcome from the Proprietors too. Lovely warm room and comfy bed. Will definitely return!

Beautiful, very welcoming hosts, spotlessly clean, large choice of breakfast, all amazing, it was our first time there will certainly go again, in a lovely area as well. It’s a 10 minute walk to town.

Stayed here recently for two nights. Large comfortable room with larger than average en-suite. Great choice for breakfast which you book in advance the night before which was well presented and very tasty! Everything about this B&B was spot on ..... lovely and clean accommodation, free parking, set within a nice quiet area but with in easy walking distance to promenade and friendly hosts. Would definitely return.

The place is centrally situated between the beaches with just a very short stroll to the main town. The owners are very friendly and helpfull. The breakfast is very good with plenty of choice with english breakfast cooked to perfection. The rooms are very good and spotless

Spent one night in Room 4 (small double) perfectly adequate for a 2-3 night stay. Spotless, extremely comfortable bed and pillows. Delicious breakfast pre-ordered the night before. Heather and Colin very welcoming and the added bonus of private car park. Highly recommend this property and we shall certainly be returning it is around a 7 minute walk into the main shopping street and a further 4-5 to the promenade.

We stayed here for just one night before joining a group for a tour. The B & B was very comfortable and the hosts were helpful and friendly. We would definitely come back if in the area again. The house is in a quiet residential area close to shops and restaurants and with ample parking. The only noise to disturb us was from the local seagulls - a common hazard when staying in seaside resorts.!
