We had 2 nights at the White Heather hotel foir £102 with a buffet breakfast excellent value condidering other hotels were double the price. The hotel is very clean our room was the smallest hotel room we have ever had and the decoration was wall paper 1990s style, but we had read about this before we booked.A special mention to the staff who are very polite and the breakfast is excellent. If asked would we stay again I would say yes as the hotel was just a base and we did not spend that much time in the room.

Hotel is very 80s decor and carpets. However , it’s not about the decor. The hotel is very clean. Has comfortable beds and pillows. The bathroom we had was newly refurbished, shower pressure poor but we were on the top floor. The staff were all incredibly helpful and nice, it felt as if we were all in it together somehow. Special mention to Sam at reception, brilliant customer service skills, she seemed to really care about her guests. We were part of a coach tour, food was adequate, nothing bad about it but nicely served.

We have just spent 4 half-board days at this nicely situated hotel. Nestled in St Georges Place between the promenade and Somerset St, this is not a salubrious establishment, but it is honest. A typical turn of the 19th/20th century seaside hotel it has had good money spent on it to try and bring it into the 21st century. Many of the public spaces still have some of their Victorian/Edwardian features, but where necessary they have been updated. Our room had had a complete refurb, with a tidy, entirely tiled, smart and clean bathroom with all modern fittings. A nicely appointed bedroom with good furniture, with sufficient storage, and a lovely bed with beautiful fresh linen that provided an excellent nights sleep. Breakfast was pretty standard fayre but the service was good. Dinner had good variety, very tasty and was well presented. Again the service was very good and carried out by the same two ladies who attended breakfast. All in all this was an hotel that endeavoured to give the best service they could and they managed to achieve that with the very best value for money. Thank you all.

Last minute 2 night weekend booking via Booking.com. Initially chosen as it was the cheapest option available and the reviews were better than the alternative accommodation. Small twin room on the top floor involved 6 sets of stairs but I hasten to add that there is a lift available for anyone with mobility issues. Beds were very comfy, good hospitality tray with ample tea, coffee and long life milk pots. En-suite was very snug and you had to bend, twist and turn to access the shower but the water was hot and plentiful. Brilliant free WI-FI too. Hotel positioned just off the main shopping street with some free overnight parking outside if you could find a space. Alas, in line with the majority of parking in Llandudno it is chargeable during the day unless you can find a space on a side street. Breakfast is superb, one of the best on offer in Llandudno. Staff are brilliant, extremely polite and helpful. Some reviews have stated that the decor is dated but I have to add that it is spotlessly clean, including all the communal areas and especially those 6 flights of stairs! Whoever hoovers them definitely takes pride in their work as they are immaculate, and that can’t be easy given the amount of foot-fall they must encounter each day. Without hesitation we would definitely return to the White Heather Hotel in Llandudno.

Great location and traditional seaside hotel. What lifts this hotel from good to great is Sam on reception who was fabulous. Helpful and friendly, both problem solver and local knowledge guru. Wish all hotels had a Sam. Stayed for two nights late September 2022, with a friend so experience based on viewing multiple rooms.

Our coach group of 35+ guests arriving all at once would test any small hotel's Reception. The White Heather's response was efficient and fast while still remaining pleasant. It was a feature of our trip that the Reception staff were always ready to assist and, especially in the case of the lady whose name I wish I could remember, prepared to go the extra mile to be helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable and outfitted with everything needed for our stay. We had no complaints there. The buffet Breakfast supplied cereals and fruit juice plus a good selection of bacon, sausages, scrambled or fried eggs, tomatoes, beans, hash browns, black pudding and mushrooms. We never noticed anything in short supply and (a point that too many other hotels need reminding of) the plates were always supplied hot. There is nothing that spoils a hot meal like cold plates. Dinners were three courses with starters and main course advised the previous day. On the whole, the meals provided a reasonable range of choice and there was little to criticise. Speed of service could have raised a grumble at times but the hotel trade in general is short- staffed post-Covid and post-Brexit and allowances have to be made. All-in-all, we enjoyed our stay at the White Heather and would have no problem with making a return.

Stayed from Wednesday to Saturday with my partner. The hotel is abit dated but extremely clean from what I saw. We stayed in the Blue room (305) as I called it due to it being busy blue and matching curtains, which made me giggle as I said when booking I'll bet we end up in the blue room, there are 40 rooms and two blue ones. Our room was serviced each day. The staff are fabulous and chatty and the breakfast that was included was a buffet cooked breakfast and was delicious. Even though it was nearly on the front it was a peaceful nights sleep and could even hear the waves of the sea. A sea view is a side view but we saw enough to be pleasant to look at. I would definitely visit the hotel again. Slap bang in the middle of the shops and a two min walk to the pier and the happy valley gardens. A short walk uphill to the tram up to the summit of the Great Orme which was lovely and the cable cars are at the top of the happy valley gardens a little hill but no big deal as the views stop you walking anyway to admire.

Superb room, hotel and staff. We really appreciate the early check in. The buffet breakfast was exceptional with high quality ingredients, especially so for the bacon, super delicious mushrooms and the best ever fresh raspberries and blueberries. This is our 2nd stay and we highly recommend.

Lovely hotel in a prime location just off the sea front. However if you want to sleep at night, dont have a room at the back of the hotel. Theres a lane that runs down the back where people walk, shout, run and scream down all night. Then at 7am the deliveries and bin men start. Bed was comfy. Room was clean but the tv could larger, it was possibly a 17" screen. Breakfast was lovely, it was buffet style and you could have as much as you want. Overall it's okay.
