Really enjoyed our stay for my birthday. Hotel was very clean and cosy and Michelle made us very welcome. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfy, tea/coffee facilities and bathroom items incase you forgot to bring anything. Close to town and great orme. Loved it here and will definitely stay again .

We were very delighted with this B&B. We had to park the car at a nearby car park & walk up to the B&B to let them know that we'd arrived. A very pleasant helpful couple, the owners. When they realised that we had to leave the car elsewhere & we could see that a gap in cars parked outside hotel was empty, the owner offered to wait outside while my husband went off for the car!! Yippee! we stayed there for only one night & it was great to be able to walk out to the nearby shops & to the beach & up to Happy Valley in minutes. B&B room was very nice & faced the front overlooking the GT Orme.We could just see it. It had all you needed, toiletries, hairdryer etc. Breakfast was tasty. Very helpful owners. We would go there again!!

Arrived at hotel after confirmation by email that morning that the key would be found underneath a plant pot. No sign of proprietors at all that evening, in fact, on returning to hotel at night it felt a bit like the Marie Celeste. Hotel info sheet in the room states rooms are to be cleaned between 8.30am and 10am. (one morning waiting outside of our room to go in at 9am.) Info also stated breakfast served from 8am to 8.30am ( no sign of this info on website) and no indication of any choices of menu. First time I have stayed somewhere with only a 30 minute window for breakfast ! ) However, next morning greeted by the hosts in a quite too friendly 'over the top' manner ( perhaps to compensate for absence the day and evening before!) Breakfast well cooked, but we were never asked about choices of how our eggs were to be cooked, or whether we would like bread or toast, brown or white toast. I found it strange that the first day we were never asked if we wanted all the items for the cooked breakfast ?? Room quite nice and airy but only 2 tea bags and 2 coffee sachets left on hospitality tray each day. Bathroom nice and clean and plenty of fluffy towels, may be wrong but got the impression the toiletries had been left by previous occupants of the room.Large water bottle in room which was handy. All in all, decent breakfast and room but got the distinct feeling that the hotel visitors need to fit in with the proprietors in no uncertain terms.

Good hotel with a nice room and comfortable bed. Very clean hotel and well placed for central Llandudno and its attractions and the beach and pier. Breakfast was nice and tasty. Need to order any changes to breakfast the night before but didnt see anyone until the morning and its only available between 8 and 830. Usual parking issues in centre of LLandudno, early bird gets the parking spot. Would stay again without hesitation

Myself and a friend stayed here on a Saturday evening for a weekend in Llandudno. What a beautiful guest house with every little detail thought of from Branded Toiletries in the bathroom to use,Bottles water and little Biscuits and Chocolates with the Tea & Coffee. We stayed in room 5 which had a double and a single bed and the room was very spacious and beautifully decorated with pretty Bedding and spotlessly clean. The beds were so comfy and the shower was lovely. We met the owner who was friendly and welcoming. This guest house is central in Llandudno in the town and very close to the seafront and I would definitely stay here again. The only tiny thing I would change is to have a Full Length mirror in the room.
