Went on a weekend holiday Saturday to Sunday with an Elvis tribute as the evening entertainment on the Saturday night. Had a smashing weekend. The weather was cold and dry so we were able to go shopping in Llandudno on the Saturday afternoon. The hotel was in a really good location so we didn't have far to walk to the...

I am sure someone will visit here and say the obvious yes it does need a bit of an update but that will not detract from the warm welcome you receive from the staff. Run by the owner you get real value for money. The meals were very good value and served on time. The bar. Deal was great value.all...

Room was lovely. Clean and comfortable. Dinner was fine first night but second some of the food went cold. Dining room was cold so heating could be considered to improve comfort for the guests. Entertainment was excellent. Very close to shops about 5 minutes away.

This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever been to. The first person we encountered was the man on reception who was the rudest person I have ever come across in any hotel! The room was absolutely disgusting. There were stains on the carpet which looked like it hadn't seen a hoover for years. Dust was an inch thick...

The hotel is in a great location, making it convenient to walk to the shops and leave my car in the car park The...
