Booked through Groupon, when we arrived we parked in the car park at the rear of the hotel. To enter from here you have to walk up what can only be described as a metal fire exit. This was wet, slippy and covered with discarded food. As we entered the hotel it smelt musty and damp. The room had a...

Been coming to this hotel for almost 6 years. Although it is in need of refurbishment it it is comfortable central and extremely welcoming. The room prices are affordable as are the bar prices. The staff are friendly and welcoming but also leave you alone to enjoy your holiday in peace. Very good value and close to both the shops...

I always try to take a positive spin on things but I struggled to find anything about this place that would merit such a review. It was explained to us that there may have been a smell of paint as the builders were in decorating. Didn't smell paint just a strong musty odour throughout. The decor was very tired and...

We have stayed at The White House on several occasions so I was confident on everything being ok. We arrived on the 20th Jan 2017 for a 4 day/3 night stay on a 'room only' basis as Paul, the Hotelier, said the kitchen was closed for re.furbishment. On going to the room, it was immediately obvious that there was a...

Arrived in the afternoon greeted by Paul the owner. He checked us in he kindly upgraded is free of charge to a sea view room. He offered to carry my case up three floors as I won't take a lift. I declined as I'm OK with things like that. The room was clean bed was very comfy and the view...

Ok so I went here with my boyfriend and the service was terrible! It was dated, there was an Elvis tribute (couldn't sing to save his life) and the wall paper was coming off in our bedroom. It was the kind of place where you go and as soon as you walk through the door you just think "what a...

Went on a weekend holiday Saturday to Sunday with an Elvis tribute as the evening entertainment on the Saturday night. Had a smashing weekend. The weather was cold and dry so we were able to go shopping in Llandudno on the Saturday afternoon. The hotel was in a really good location so we didn't have far to walk to the...

I am sure someone will visit here and say the obvious yes it does need a bit of an update but that will not detract from the warm welcome you receive from the staff. Run by the owner you get real value for money. The meals were very good value and served on time. The bar. Deal was great value.all...
