I stayed for one night on Friday 14th January 2022. From the moment I entered to the time I left everything at Premier Inn Ipswich East was just perfect. The room was spotlessly clean, had fabulous lighting options and the bed and bedlinen were superb. It was great to have a hairdryer and a designated dressing table area and the static bottle opener was a brilliant addition. Everything I needed was in the appropriate place. I've been to many more expensive hotels that have been a bit shabby but I could not find fault this hotel as the design and thought that had gone into the fitments was great. I went away to have some ME time, to relax, chill out and rest and this Premier Inn satisfied my every need. I returned home after visiting Ipswich, relaxed and totally satisfied with my stay. Thank you to Julie & the team for making it such an excellent experience.

Stayed here for one night over the weekend. Pros - Easy check in, stairs had just been deep cleaned (very reassuring), very comfortable bed, large selection of channels on the telly. Windows can be opened if you don't want the air conditioning on. Bathroom very clean, generous amount of towels. Cons - Room had a slight smell of rotten eggs, I did spray some of my perfume on the bedding and that seemed to fix it. Towels were pretty new as I was covered in white bits from them after a shower. I would definitely stay here again as I don't expect the world from a budget hotel.

We chose this Premier Inn as it was a great location and price for a wedding we were attending. One of the better ones I've stayed in, it's in a great location, easy to find, hotel clean, bright and modern, with a great restaurant next door, just what we wanted!

I booked a last minute stay here to get some much needed rest and Suzi couldn’t have been more accommodating. I called prior to my stay with a request which she was able to accommodate and from start to finish her customer service was spot on…more people like Suzi are required in the industry…give this lady a bonus!! Merry Christmas all

Stayed there to visit friends. Warm welcome. Safe. Comfortable. Convenient. We have stayed there before and will again. The attached Brewers' Fayre is for meals and is dependable. Food quality is good if not gourmet. Plenty of space for parking.
