We would definately use them again. Although situated in an industrial estate, internally it was lovely. The gym and pool well equiped. Room was clean and caosy, the bed comfotatable and the breakfast range good for the hotel. Fresh fruit as well as continential and cooked. The staff were friendly and helpful and there was a lady at breakfast (I did not get her name) who was happy to make you a pot of tea, rather than getting it from their new machine. The coffee was good too

Stayed 3 nights on two separate occasions over two weeks. Food orders took over an hour on each visit. Each stay many people were complaining of the same. Room keys fail regularly (hotel staff confirmed they are aware and have a quote to replace the whole system). Front end staff apologetic but the hotel and service has really dropped off.

Better with heating! No heating in the hotel, luckily they have portable electric heaters in the rooms This has been the situation for over 2 months But there is nothing on the Web site or booking. Com to tell you about this.. Hotel it bright clean, lots of parking, great free wifi Staff are excellent and I mean excellent.. You should be telling potential guests of the heating situation!!

Where do I start . We were here for one night only whilst visiting someone. The reception was cold and the slow front of house team looked miserable. Our room was basic, very tiny and very tired. The whole place feels like a giant container. They had some kind of flooding going on in a corridor the rancid smells and the squelch was awful. We returned at night and I asked for a hot chocolate at the bar. The two ladies seemed to have just cashed up. One of them didn’t even think I was human enough to deserve to be looked at. I was just brushed off. Breakfast ample but awful and tired too even the hot water was brown. Once more not one smile on the team members faces. Everything seemed like a chore. Whilst I get it’s a basic place. Manners and courtesy from staff to me should come as basic!. Needless to say I don’t recommend.

Stayed here for one night as working in the area the hotel is definitely a place where a lot of workers stay as the car park is full of vans. Check in ok no problem got to room some way from reception with all my luggage to find the key card did not work had to waggle it up and down a quite a few times get it work as I didn’t fancy the walk back to reception.. The room was ok definitely not deluxe or executive tatty inside and looking very tired with marks on the walls and bed side table.. bathroom tiny had be a contortionist to get in and out.. The only saving grace for me was the gym quite tiny but has most of the cardio equipment you would expect.. went to reception get another key card for the room same issue so obv problem with the door. Breakfast ok got there when opened at 6.30 so everything hot and not overly busy buffet breakfast.. did not dine in bar for tea but looked quite busy. Check out no issue again.
