Lovely breakfast, and room was good but only 1 pillow each on the bed and no extras in the room. A phonecall would have been good to let us know that they had no chef for the evening meal, as instead we had to find somewhere quickly before we went to our concert we had got booked.

Arrived today and realised that I had made a booking error and the hotel was fully booked. So even though I didn't stay, the girls on reception, particularly Bee, went above and beyond to help me out. They checked local Travel Inns for availability and gave me detailed information on other hotels within walking distance and gave me the WiFi code to get myself sorted and directed me to suitable parking. They were so helpful and understanding and went out of their way to help and reassure me. I was so grateful. Excellent service Bee (and the other lady who came to help me who's name I did not get) thank you so much.

Stayed for 2 nights, easy check in and our room was clean & very comfortable. The girls who were serving at breakfast worked really hard & are a credit to your hotel, even when one guest put a bagel in the toaster so it nearly set it on fire, the staff were as calm as ever. The breakfast was freshly cooked, no grease, none fatty bacon & delicious croissants. Would definitely stay at this premier inn again 😊

The staff are amazing, the guy on reception was so helpful on arrival and the girls in the restaurant at breakfast were working so hard to help guests coming in and couldn’t be more helpful. The room were as you’d expect, clean tidy and comfortable. It’s a little bit more dated than the ones I’ve stayed in recently but it’s not a problem at all. The location is great for the Quayside but it is located on a busy one way system which I find a little strange but again it’s not an issue I had a great nights sleep and didn’t hear anything. I went to a show at the Corn Exchange and it’s a great location for that, just a ten minute walk away. All in all a great stay, comfy bed, clean, good breakfast and good location.
