Popped in here last week as I seen a sign that they were serving breakfast. A full English was reasonably priced at £5.99, it was all cooked fresh, I cannot recommend it enough! I will defiantly be returning. The pub was very clean and I felt very welcome from the moment of entering until I left.

At last I have found a real pub, not some pretend themed affair. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. Super hosts, nothing is too much trouble for them and the food is excellent. My place of choice for a breakfasts out as they are brilliant.

Just dined at the pub , had scampi chips & peas , & liver bacon onions with mash potato. Scampi was ok , but the liver was chewy & inedible. Female assistant enquired how was meal & when told about liver half heartedly offered to "redo it" whatever that means. But after first experience with liver, was not very keen...

We went on a recommendation as we like a nice breakfast and this has definately become our new favourite, quality ingredients (the sausages were amazing) and non greasy, as my husband said on facebook and I quote: "We have a few cafe's that we have frequented over the years. Usually once a month we go for breakfast. The Foundry has...

Went again today and had a fabulous Sunday lunch - I had smoked mackerel pate which was the best I have ever tasted and my fiancé had prawn cocktail which looked delicious. I had roast beef and he had roast lamb, both served with crispy roast potatoes, fresh veg, cauliflower cheese and Yorkshire plus Tracey offered us extra gravy without...

I've just had lunch at this fabulous pub and was impressed on every level. You walk in the door and are greeted as a friend. Its obvious they really care about their customers. The landlord and landlady know their customers by name. And the food is delicious. We had roast turkey and it was succulent. You get a decent amount...

We were in Poole for a long weekend and came across a sign pointing the way to the foundry pub, having dragged the other half around the Shops, thought he needed a pint ! As soon as we entered the pub we were made welcome and the barman, whose name I didn't get, was very chatty and engaging. He told...

The food is lovely here ! Typical local but doesn't lack in atmosphere! Never fails with food and the staff are always super friendly. The Sunday dinner is only until 2 but easy enough to book and it's a bargain ! Cheaper but lots better than competitors😚 give it a go...
