We stayed at this lovely B&B for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. The hosts Vicky and Jeremy were very welcoming and we enjoyed chatting over breakfast exchanging some memorable stories! The breakfasts were delicious, generous and a highlight was eating fresh, free range eggs from Vicky's own flock. No artificial colour in these eggs...just the goodness that comes from...

Such a lovely spot with very friendly hosts, a clean and comfy room and a faultless breakfast. We only stayed one night so the need to share the bathroom with other guests didn't bother us. A pretty garden and lounge area for guests completed the package. As it's not far to the Yorkshire Sculpture Park, we left our car at...

Stayed on a Saturday night, enjoyed a great comfy bed, a superb English breakfast. The village does not have a pub, however within a mile and half ...a pub can be found. The owners are so welcoming, its almost as though your family not 'guests'. I put this as probably one of the best B&Bs I have stayed at. The...

We are the other guests who Elly mentioned in her review below! To second everything Elly (and numerous others) said in her review - this was the perfect place to stay. Jeremy and Vicky provided us with useful info prior to arrival about restaurants in the area, and were very flexible about check in arrangements. We had a day at...

Vicky and Jeremy will make you feel at home and loved as soon as you arrive. The house is beautiful, comfortable and a 5 minute walk from the sculpture park. Vicky's hens lay the breakfast eggs fresh. We swapped details with the other guests at breakfast, who were also visiting the park and very much on our wavelength!

Our welcome and stay was so comfortable; we had a very good room, a lovely breakfast and a very good conversation with our hosts on art and the Yorkshire Sculpture Park in particular; a most pleasant experience and one we will repeat on our next trip to the YSP

Vicky and Jeremy were perfect hosts and we really enjoyed out stay there. Lovely quirky 16th century house, but really comfortable and within minutes of the Sculpture Park. Amazing breakfast which kept us going for the rest of the day

Attractive old house turned into a modest B&B - 1 shared bathroom and 2 extra loos for 4 rooms. Our room (double at the back) was a bit cramped. However all was warm, clean and comfortable with a good selection of books and good information on locality. Very quiet. Good breakfast. Wonderfully sited for Yorkshire Sculpture Park.

This wonderful B & B run so beautifully by Vicky and Jeremy is a delight to stay in. It is a short walk to the Yorkshire Sculpture Park which means there's no parking to pay and if you walk the back way via Park Lane you get to see the marvellous Barbara Hepworth's 'Family Of Man' as soon as you...

My family and and I have just spent Saturday Evening at this lovely B&B prior to my sons wedding. It was a lovely place to get ready with the family and very convenient being just a stones throw from the Yorkshire Sculpture Park where the wedding was being held. The breakfast next morning was fantastic, beds very comfortable and Jeremy...
