I'm glad we stayed two nights here, because it gave us a chance to appreciate the hard work that has gone into this hotel. The decor is simple but pleasant - it looks like it has been recently done - and the place feels super clean, clean enough to eat your dinner off the floor! The beds are comfortable and...

I have been going to Heath Cottage Hotel every weekend for many months but the service and the standards started to drop big time. I booked my room in advanced all the time but on one occasion my room was not booked because the staff did not book me so I was sent to their Wakefield limes hotel. I was...

Just spent a week at this hotel while my husband was working. A most enjoyable stay with great rooms and even greater food. Staff (all 3 of them) were great from arrival to departure nothing too much trouble. Every room always immaculate. Well disciplined in every aspect. Will definitely stay again and will recommend to people. Thank you team limes.

A lovely warm welcome from Sarah and a lovely room - well designed and equipped - real home from home feel, I'll be back and have already recommended to my large corporate client in the area ... Good breakfast choices and although next to M62 - couldn't hear any noise until I went outside to the car.

The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The soaps were a nice touch too. My husband and I booked the room only option. Breakfast was at an additional cost, which we felt was a little steep, particularly as the room rate was a little high. Having said that, the room was very quiet, despite being very close to...

The hotel has recently been refurbished by the new owners. Not being a chain it is has an individual feel - even a record player in the bar. After a stressful day we had an excellent dinner, restful sleep and a lovely breakfast. Lovely clean room with a wet-room bathroom. We would recommend staying here.

Second stay at the same chain of hotels, this one still has Plenty of character, hotel was very clean warm and the room I had was a big and very comfy. Bathroom had some nice touches like bathrobes. Nice bar area and the food is ok for what they are charging. Staff very welcoming. All in all a nice stay.

Just enjoyed great hospitality and a delicious cream tea for my Goddaughter's Christening. Extra goodies provided for the children. Warm, friendly and welcoming staff and a lovely hotel. Thank you - really enjoyed our afternoon.

Great rooms, great breakfast, extremely helpful staff. Excellent stay. Only downside is if the window is open you can hear the motorway, but I didn't need to open the window so the room was silent. Curtains were black out ones so good and dark and the bed was very comfortable.

This hotel has good public transport links with the 110 bus stopping directly outside the hotel. This bus regularly serves Leeds and Wakefield. My room was large, clean and comfortable, with a superb shower. Breakfast was excellent. I will certainly be staying again in.the future.
