Stayed for one night only but unfortunately would have liked to have stayed a little longer. Will definitely return. Excellent staff and management very polite and helpful. Spotlessly clean and nice breakfast variety.

Wasn't expecting much when I booked it but was pleasantly surprised. Booked the room at very short notice and was not quoted an extortionate price. Although the room was not large, It had ALL the amenities plus a 24hr bar. The staff were really friendly and the only complaint I have is that they had run out of vegetarian sausages....

What no sausages at Wine and Sausage? I am sorry that we let you down on this and it really was not good enough. I am glad that you enjoyed your stay.

I stayed one night in this hotel whilst my husband was in hospital. The staff were lovely, hardworking and very friendly. However, my room was up in the attic, which meant lugging my case up two sets of spiral stairs. The first set wasn't too bad but the second set was incredibly narrow and I really struggled. The room was...

Firstly accept my apology for what was obviously not a great stay. In light of your review I am looking at our website and information to highlight the location of our bedrooms. The hotel is 5 buildings that are interlinked and spread across 3 floors, which means that we can cater for guests who are not so nimble but we...

The hotel room was suitable for the purpose of my visit, it was very clean and well presented in all areas of the room. It wasn't the biggest double room but ideal for my work trip. The staff at the hotel a superb, very friendly and polite. I'd quite happily stay here again. Impressed.

Arrival was great, reception welcoming, bar area excellent with full vineyard character but then it all went so wrong !! Room is...

I was working near Taunton Saturday so my partner and I thought we would stay in Taunton Saturday night and then spent the Sunday walking round the centre. I checked in earlier than my partner and before I went off to work. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, He told me where I was staying and how to get...

We stayed here for two nights in October on business, the rooms were very well priced and on arrival although the place could do with a lick of paint the finishing touches were nice. What I mean by finishing touches are the Egyptian cotton bedding is divine, the bath towels are soft and generous, the toilet paper is good quality,...
