I stayed here on business and the hotel itself was really pleasant. The bed was comfortable, the room clean and the staff friendly. However, I ate at the restaurant on the first evening and was ill all night and the following day after not sleeping a wink.

Typical Premier Inn, clean and comfortable next door to a restaurant. Shame it doesn't open until 8am at the weekends for breakfast, would have liked the restaurant to be open at least at 7am on a Saturday.

Came down to visit friends and do a few things as we used to live in the area. Great premier inn. Nice big room and helpful staff. Plenty of parking and our room was very quiet. Had to go to reception about something that happened, they couldnt of been more appologetic. More than happy with their explanation. Would highly recommend... More

I've stayed at several different hotels in Sutton Coldfield and this is by far the best. Nice big room, lovely walk in shower and decent facilities. Wi-fi, like all Premier Inns, is still rubbish for streaming Netflix and I refuse to pay £5 for ultimate wi-fi. Other than that, I'll be staying here again.

We attending a wedding receiption at moxhall hall, we booked to stay at the premier inn, Sutton Coldfield, first it's very confusing as to where to park and find the main enterence, the premier has obviously joined forces with this pub, and it's very busy and noisy, we ended up on the pub car park and went through the pub,... Good room, comfortable bed, friendly staff. TV so big it looked like a big mirror! Altogether all you could wish for in a business hotel. Good cooked breakfast in the morning that set you up for the dY. No problem in recommending this hotel.

Fantastic service from both hotel and adjoining restaurant staff when my wife lost her bank card. Very much appreciate the help finding it and the usual faultless service thought out our stay when visiting nearby Thomas Land

Arrived ~10:00pm, 3 of us in a family room. Great big room, usual Premier Inn standard. Nice purple LED lighting in the room, and USB, HDMI etc access to the telly. We were on the ground floor, next to the road. But double and secondary glazing meant we heard nothing. Breakfast was great, and then we got on our way,... More

Good location in terms of motorways, pub, petrol station, post office and convenience stores, access to the Birmingham conurbation & Tamworth (town, Snowdome, castle, Thomas World etc. at Drayton Manor Park).
