We have just got back from a two night stay at this fabulous hotel, the owner Sheila was fantastic, we took our dog and nothing was too much trouble for her. Very friendly, great customer service and ideally situated to access all the shops and facilities that Skegness has to offer. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great time xx

B&b was nice and so where staff no problems in most departments apart from being completely unable to have a shower the whole weekend because it was either absolutely freezing or too hot it would burn, either that or the pressure wasn’t strong enough at all and only a trickle of water coming out of that. Upon asking staff why the shower is that way we where told it’s just how it is and there’s nothing they can do...

Budget friendly guesthouse near to the clock tower, very short walk to bars & restaurants & amusements. The room was not spacious but adequate. It was ensuite and also (strangely!) had a sink in the bedroom. The bathroom had a shower attachment on the taps rather than a shower on the wall so it was difficult to shower and wash my hair. There was also a small crack in the bath enamel but caused us no issue other than I thought it was a rogue bug at first. Bed was very comfortable and we got a good night's sleep here. Also very light and airy in our room owing to there being a window in two opposing walls of the room. The lady who I believe owns it was lovely, very friendly and helpful. All sensible COVID-19 precautions were taken including distancing and hand sanitizer everywhere. The room and bathroom were very clean. The decor is a little tired but to no detriment to the stay here. We would stay again.
