The hotel was very clean and all the staff were friendly and very accommodating, We booked separately from our friends but it was no trouble to change the seating arrangements in the restaurant so we could sit together. one member of our party has a food allergy and once they were advised of this they went out of their way to help and advise what was available on the menu for her. The food was varied, tasty and well cooked, the gala buffet on new years eve was delicious with lots of different choices and plenty available. I would definitely return to The Savoy.
