Attended on Tuesday the 17/08/2021 knowing I booked the correct date but was a fault with the Agoda website. One of the owner who served us was very rude. She wasn’t helpful what so ever. She said to us “ your booking is for next Tuesday mate so see you then “terrible customer service. As we was leaving the hotel she told another couple of our situation! I don’t know how I kept my self calm but that was bang out of order. Couldn’t get hold of the hotel to get my refund so spoken to Agoda ( website I booked ) and got my money back. So glad my money is not wasted on this property!

Me and my partner was supposed to check in on the 17.08.21. On arrival the lady on the front desk was very rude and told us that we had no booking for that day however we had a booking for the week after. This was a mistake on their part, no effort was given to amend this and we were dismissed without any resolution. We had to find different accommodation and pay more money. Tried for nearly a week to get in touch with the hotel to either get a refund or change the date of the booking. We have been charged and still not heard anything from the hotel. Absolutely disgusted with how we were treated as im heavily pregnant and the inconvenience caused me a lot of stress. Would not recommend at all.

Very cheap, run down hotel. Check in is at 2pm yet when we arrived one of our rooms where not ready. Rooms where poorly attempted to be clean, but was an inch thick dust on lights. Curtains not on rail so we had to tuck them into the pole. No hot water in the shower, and when asked for towels we was told they didn't have any. The bar and restaurant are closed, and parking is shocking. On a plus the owner seems nice and was very busy. The hotel is in a great location and very close to the main sites. It's a good cheap night away if all you want is a bed.

My Parents booked for 1 night 14/08/2021 on checkin they were given the key, they let them selves in the room was filthy the bed linen was stained there were stains on the carpet, one bed didn't even have a headboard, there were lots of flies, my Dad went to reception to ask for towels he was told they would have go out and purchase towels! he complained about the flies he was given a can of fly spray but told to take it back after he used it, my parents didn't stay as it was disgusting, they took the keys back the woman on reception didn't utter a word when my Dad said they wouldn't be staying as it was disgusting. I thought Hospitality venues had to take more care with hygenie due to the pandemic. My Parents are having a fight on their hands to get refunded the £90.00 which was deducted they have contacted EBOOKERS who they booked it through but their agents are rude and can't speak English. Avoid this hotel and DONOT BOOK WITH EBOOKERS
