just arrived home after spending a week at The Sherwood, well where do i start FANTASTIC doesn't come close enough!!! we were greeted by Linda and rob and let in our room early ... bonus got to our room to be greeted with a super king size bed!! i wanted to being that home. breakfasts were amazing and a great range was on offer. always asking if we wanted more and if everything was ok. location it right in the middle of Skegness, walk out of the door and less than 30 seconds and your there. we couldn't fault rob and Linda they were the perfect hosts and we will be returning again next year for sure. In the perfect location, central to all amenities and just a very short and pleasant stroll through The park to the seafront. We stayed in room 3 which overlooks the park, it was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed, including a fan which was a very welcome addition. The owners are friendly but also let you get on without intruding, which is just how we like it. Breakfast was beautifully cooked and all quality fresh ingredients, we were very pleasantly surprised for the price of the stay, which was very reasonable. There is parking to the front of the hotel, which was great; but because of the central location we didn’t need the car and were able to enjoy a few drinks in town with a very short stroll back. We would definitely stay here again.
