Just back after a 2 night stay at sandgate guest House in skegness, Tina & Mick were the perfect host's, nothing was to much trouble, they made us very welcome, great location, we had room 1 which has a balcony, the most comfortable bed, breakfast was lovely, can not recommend this place enough, wish we could have stayed longer, will definitely be going back again very soon, hopefully, 5 out of 5 for everything ❤

Originally booked for 2 nights and requested an extension of 4 nights a few weeks before our date of arrival. Due to a cancellation we ended up in room 1 with the balcony for 2 nights then room 2 (family room) for 2 nights. Loved everything.. location, rooms, breakfasts and the hosts Tina and Mick . So friendly AND it was a lovely touch to have some music during breakfast....1st b&b we've stayed at with music instead of awkward silence. Shared a couple of drinks during England game at a local with them both...they are just so sweet. We will certainly be back...stayed at a couple of b&bs in Skeg in the past but this one is our fav by far....you won't be disappointed 😀

My wife and I decided to spend a few nights in Skegness. I always look at reviews from other people before deciding where to stay. We chose the Sandgate as the reviews were very good. The hosts were very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Our room was very nice (no 1) with a balcony. It's located on a fairly busy road during the day but at night the traffic noise is barely noticed. The previous guests raved about the breakfast and that seemed to be the case judging by our fellow guests. We are not very big breakfast people but what we saw looked very nice. It's very close to everything and we will hopefully be back very soon. Thank you Tina and Mick. Chris & Gill Francis
