Great hotel, very friendly welcome. Room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was hot and tasty and very efficiently served with pleasant chat and a general feeling of being very welcome. Parking is available at the hotel. We had a great stay and will be returning. Would highly recommend this bed and breakfast had a fantastic nights sleep in a lovely room that was spotlessly clean , made to feel very welcome and felt everything was being done to follow the government's guidelines with covid-19. We will definitely be returning to this bed and breakfast with being in the central with beautiful views of the sea and car parking caravans are definitely be a thing of the past for us when visiting Skegness.

Lovely weekend very close to all amenities breakfast very nice and hot. Room were spotless and very comfortable shower very good as was the water pressure. Would definitely be going again and would recommend it to others,also car parking good.
