First of this is the first negative review off any Premier Inn as I use them quite a lot and generally find them very comfortable with good staff however, I checked into this hotel Monday 20th March, check in was fine not the usual pleasant and friendly greeting I am used to at a Premier inn. The hotel and rooms...

Good Afternoon, Thanks for taking the time to review our hotel. It's such a shame your stay didn't meet your expectations, especially when you've always enjoyed your stays in the past. Our friendly reception team should always be on hand to help so I do apologise you didn't receive our usual warm welcome. It's also disappointing you found the decor...

Stayed here for a full week with 3 kids and my Husband as part of a new wrk venture, the staff are so polite and couldn't do enough for us all. Will 100% recommend staying here. Breakfast waiter is easy on the eye too :)

This must be one of the older Premier Inns. Although clean and of the usual Premier Inn standard it could do with some upgrading. The carpet in the hallway had seen better days but the bedroom carpets were ok. As all Premier Inns are much the same there is little to be said about this one. The staff were very...

Having worked within the Hospitality Industry for over 35 years we decided on this venue to kick start our road trip around the North West of England. All in all we were very pleasantly surprised at the venues facilities, price and comfort. We had never stayed in one of these venues for many years, but will now not hesitate to...

You know what you are getting with a PI but this one was poor. Very old and dated. The bar service was poor (nice staff) but often no one there. Food was quick to come out but starter was bad, no cutlery left so had to ask for some more.

Hi K R Thank you for reviewing your stay at Carlisle M6 Jct44, Premier Inn. It's sad to read that you were disappointed after advising you usually know what you're getting when staying with us. This hotel is in a great location for anyone travelling to Scotland. The rooms are great, the staff are friendly and helpful and the food is good. The all you can eat breakfast really sets you up for the day. Reasonable rates too.
