Room was way to hot for us (March!) as the heating controls didn't work. Had to have the window open all night which meant the noise in teh room was quite loud. Dirty towel in th bathroom was a let down, and the bed and pillows were not up to the normal high standards expected in a Premier Inn.

Handy for M6 but far enough away that it is quiet. Good staff and a good bar with good bar meals. Shower did not work - lesson is to try it before you unpack, too late to do anything about it at 5 in the morning!

Great place for a stopover to break up journey down south. A bit disappointed in where the accessible rooms are situated, right at back of Premier in, if my husband didn't have a wheelchair he would never have made it with crutches or a stick. Service at Premier Inn and Thyme restaurant were both excellent and we had a lovely...

Arrived late, circa 9-30pm to a warm welcome. Restaurant had shut, but on hearing that I had hoped to make it I was greeted with a goodie bag containing bottled water, biscuits, chocolate drink. My Sister needed a gluten free breakfast and this was provided quickly and without any fuss! The waiter knew about cross contamination of crumbs! The room...

Very nice place. Easy to find. Very pleasant staff. Good parking. Not far from city centre. Breakfast very good. Rooms clean and warm. Very good value at £39 for the night for two of us. This didn't include breakfast.

You always know what you *should* get when you stay in a Premier Inn, and this one delivers. Spacious room with proper desk and free wifi for those of us who like to use our laptops while away. Clean bathroom with a real bath. The location almost put me off, because right next to busy roads. Convenient for M6 -...

First of this is the first negative review off any Premier Inn as I use them quite a lot and generally find them very comfortable with good staff however, I checked into this hotel Monday 20th March, check in was fine not the usual pleasant and friendly greeting I am used to at a Premier inn. The hotel and rooms...

Good Afternoon, Thanks for taking the time to review our hotel. It's such a shame your stay didn't meet your expectations, especially when you've always enjoyed your stays in the past. Our friendly reception team should always be on hand to help so I do apologise you didn't receive our usual warm welcome. It's also disappointing you found the decor...

Stayed here for a full week with 3 kids and my Husband as part of a new wrk venture, the staff are so polite and couldn't do enough for us all. Will 100% recommend staying here. Breakfast waiter is easy on the eye too :)

This must be one of the older Premier Inns. Although clean and of the usual Premier Inn standard it could do with some upgrading. The carpet in the hallway had seen better days but the bedroom carpets were ok. As all Premier Inns are much the same there is little to be said about this one. The staff were very...
