The hotel is definitely very expensive for the offer; Filthy rooms, small, dirty, with bed linen not clean. In the morning the water was freezing, during the night continuous noises from the other rooms and th outside. If you have to stay in Slough definitely choose elsewhere..

What a nightmare, it was so awful it was funny. We were given key to our room, which was meant to be a family room. It was a tiny twin single. Socks under the bed alongside balls of fluff. Reception staff said a twin room was a 'family room', it was tiny. Got given a new room after he had...

First impression as you come up the scenic driveway are good but don't get your hopes up. This place is in need of major renovations and some serious thought put into their interior design. The rooms are small and poorly appointed with mismatched antiquated furniture and decor. The TV is miniscule even in such a tiny room and the mattress...

Good looking approach to the building, but the disappointment starts to build as soon as you step through the door. Reception staff were being trained, which is fine, we all have to start somewhere. Printer not working, so no VAT receipt upon full payment being taken. Walk to my room was starting to worry me, filthy and badly stained carpets,...

Stayed here the 1 night...stayed here 7 or 8 years ago and was just fine then....how things have changed! I doubt the bathroom had been cleaned after the previous guest as the toilet still contained the remainder of their visit. Nice. The view of the rubbish dump/car park wasn't the most scenic. Had the bed been changed? Who knows, however...

Booked in December for 2 nights for my godson's wedding. Arrived on Friday to find only booked in for the Saturday and no rooms available for the Friday (13th!!). Had not been given a booking ref but they had my name on the system. Thought I had better check the bookings of other family members to find my elderly mother...

This hotel should be closed down ....it is definitely the worst, most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed. On arrival no record of booking yet they had our name on record !!! The manager proceeded to blame us for not emailing them, not that we were ever asked for one. On arrival at our room it was not ready but...

The hotel is tatty and smells of curry. The room I stayed in was very small but the shower worked well and was clean. The room was at the back of the hotel with rubbish in the car park. It was cheap but taking this into account I would not stay again.

Got off to a bad start when the hotel said the room had a blocked shower and no electricity. They made little effort to then find an alternative. Eventually they managed to find a room (apparently some confusion over the booking). The room was like a student room with what looked like filing cabinets for bedside tables and clearly a...

The room was clean and well presented. The en-suite bathroom was also clean. The air-conditioning in the room was very welcomed. Everything was found in working order. Quiet location set back from the road. The food in the hotel restaurant was superb, full of flavour and a generous portion size. The only negative was the pillows were very flat, so...
