The wow factor of the b and b world. The work put into making these rooms cosy and comfortable is unbelivable. It is clearly a labour of love for the owners peter and kim, who put immense effort into ensuring every detail is attended too, with nothing being too much trouble, The food is wonderful, if you want a spotlessly...

We stayed in the Kingsize Room on the First Floor, which was very nice with vaulted ceiling and a lovely view of the garden. Everything was very good and the owners are very nice. Breakfast in the morning was also great with perfectly cooked poach eggs. We managed a very nice round trip 27km walk to otterton, budleigh salterton, sidmouth...

The cottage is for guests only with Kim and Peter living in their own accommodation a short distance away but still within sight....
