Beautiful farm setting with stunning views and within easy driving distance to Scarborough, Whitby and other coastal villages. Cottage superb, cleanliness second to none. Gorgeous food, staff always happy to help. Only bad thing was having to leave.

Lived on a farm all my life so enjoyed the outdoors experience. Accommodation comfortable, meals excellent. staff very friendly and helpful. Views outstanding. Enjoyed the holiday, not the minimum letters for the review

This place was a midweek break for myself, husband and daughter. And it was definitely the best choice for our needs. There was only ourselves and a few other couples there during our stay. Stayed for a weekend at the trainers cottages with my partner, daughter and Labrador.. a lovely location set o a working farm amid rolling hills. Warm welcome by staff. Food delicious, breakfast and the evening meal. Lovely place for children. Super views all round,great location and handy for local tourist attractions. Good to see some animals and the extensive gardens and play area.

My partner and I have just returned from a wonderfully relaxing weekend at The Grainary. We booked this b&b due to the fact it was close to both Scarborough and Whitby, but also because of the fact you can interact with the farm animals (huge cow lover). We went to the grainary for me sons 9th birthday he has special needs he loved every minute of it here didn't want to leave he loved kids playroom and all the animals we have to other sons they loved it just as much rooms very modern clean we will be returning soon

We regularly visit the East Coast and have been meaning to stay here for a while. The Cowslip Cottage was cosy and well equipped, providing everything we needed for a weekend of relaxation. Unfortunately the tea rooms and farm shop were closed all weekend when we visited which was a little disappointing but by no means detracted from the warm...

We stayed in the foxglove cottage which was very spacious and decorated/ furnished to a very high standard super homely and really comfortable so much so myself and my partner didn't want to leave. The views are excellent and the people are lovely
