Booked at short notice for midweek break. Staff are excellent and welcoming hotel is very clean and in a brilliant position. The hotel is within walking distance of the town and the many restaurants. The Spa Complex is just below with a pleasant - although steep walk through gardens. You can easily fill a couple of days wandering around from...

Me and my boyfriend stopped here for one night for our 5th anniversary. This hotel was mainly amazing, the staff were so lovely and friendly, I don't think I've had friendlier staff at any other hotel I've stopped in. The interior and exterior of the hotel was also absolutely gorgeous. The outside was white with the most beautiful architecture and...

Stayed in a 3rd floor room, overlooking the bay. The room was quite large for the price, clean and tidy too. Although we didn't eat there, the receptionist was able to suggest a range of local restaurants and helped us reserve a table.

the room we booked had a terrible odour in the toilet and there was some bird poo on one of the chairs by the window...we upgraded to a superior room which was really nice...we paid a supplement for this but in hindsight I think this should have been offered for no extra cost...the views to the sea are superb.

I received excellent service throughout our three day stay in all area,s of the hotel. The bedroom was comfortable with a king size bed that gave me a good nights sleep and with the wonderful sea-view that was requested. I wasn't planning to eat in the restaurant but being too lazy to venture out into the cold on the first...

We wanted an enjoyable night away with good food and be able to have a drink. The room was excellent with a good view of the very rough North Sea. It was only a short break but very enjoyable, a very clean and tidy hotel with friendly staff. I particularly liked the energy conservation measure with the lighting in the...

Lovely hotel, free upgrade to a room with a sea view. Had an issue with a foul drain smell in the bathroom but we were offered another room. The continental breakfast had lots of choice. Recommend the Heavenly Spa, although you might not need 2 hours in the pool etc. Lovely lunch afterwards and good value for money.
