Reception staff were very polite and professional asking immediately how they could help. We had arrived earlier than expected and could not check in until mid afternoon. That being said, without having to ask the staff kindly checked and the room was ready so let us in well before the advertised time. The room was clean and up to date...

Whilst the hotel is what's to be expected, nice room staff etc...The courtyard pub (to the rear of the hotel on a Sunday night had live acts playing in the rear beer garden. It was so loud it was impossible to sleep. If it wasn't for this I would have reviewed with 5 stars, It was that much of an...

Comfortable hotel in good location. Slept really well nice clean room and bathroom. Staff friendly and very helpful. Only downside was Brewers Fayre restaurant attached to hotel but not owned or run by them. Breakfast was ok with plenty of choice but I would strongly advise avoiding dinner there. On the second night of our stay our food took 1.5...

We had a busy month February travelling up and down the country and having a premier inn is what we rely on as a comfy bed and restful night...however no comfortable bed at this premier inn! However as stated on the advertising they refunded our two night and gave us duvets to put on top of the mattress to help,...

The rooms were nice and clean and there is air conditioning in the rooms which we needed as the 3/4 days we spent in Scarborough were hot and sunny. I have to say that the Breakfast was excellent - plenty choice and...

Small city centre hotel. As I am disabled a wet room was requested and provided, other than that it was the usual Premier Inn room and we tend to use them often to ensure we get a good nights sleep. Attached restaurant was ok but we explored the town restaurants for breakfast and dinner. The hotel was quite expensive we...

It's standard Premier Inn stuff: clean, comfortable, spacious room. The staff were very nice. We didn't feel the need to pay for the upgraded wi-fi, the standard service was fine. Breakfast was a bit hectic, the staff seemed a bit over run, but they were very pleasant. Good range of good. Good location. NCP car park across road, seems secure...
