The couple who run this establishment, Alex and Jules, make you feel so welcome and have a wealth of knowledge in regards to things to do in and around Scarborough. The rooms were very clean and had everything one would expect to make their stay very comfortable. The provision of a small bar fridge in the dining room was an...

I liked this little b&b. It's seaside enough but without the unnecessary seashells and wooden lighthouses. I had a nice top floor room with en-suite shower/toilet and in room sink. The bed was comfortable and clean, the room warm and breakfast was being appreciated by my fellow guests. On road parking is a little limited but I found a space...

Stayed at the beaches for one night during an east coast walk, the welcome was cheerful and warm, our room was clean, well decorated and extremely comfortable. The owner was friendly and knowledgeable giving us many useful tips on local pubs and restaurants. Breakfast was tasty and filling. We shall return.

Thank you for taking the time to review us! One of the joys of being in a new town is getting to explore it ourselves, so we're always keen to pass on recommendations of pubs and restaurants that we enjoy! We hope to see you again soon Alec and Jules

We had a one night stay (15th-16th October) at The Beaches and what a pleasant B & B this place is. We received a great homely welcome from Alec & Jules on arrival. We checked in really quickly & was shown to our room on the 1st floor. A great idea is the pre-order breakfast slip we had to fill...
