Just returned home from a lovely 2 night stay from this lovely B&B. The staff were very attentive, going beyond expectations at times. The rooms were clean, well presented and the whole place has certainly benefitted from a refurbishment. A central location on the quieter north bay just 5 minutes walk from, Peasholm Park, sea world and a quite sand...

I took my Mum for Mother's Day weekend. A lovely quiet hotel. Extremely clean and comfortable. The staff were really accommodating and friendly. The food was excellent and very reasonably priced. There is a lift in the hotel which goes to the 2nd floor. There are 3 floors so if you have difficulty walking upstairs I'd ask to be on...

What a lovely little place! Stayed with my partner, two kids and our boxer dog. The room was ok for the two nights we were there. Did what it was required for. Clean beds, tv and a shower room. The bar is lovely, gin and cocktails galore! The food is great too and reasonably priced. The morning restaurant is nice...

Clearance gardens was terrible as when I book I want to be on the ground floor but when we got there we was put on the top floor in. A pokey little room with one silly wonky wardrobe no bedside tables only one plug socket I'm very unhappy with our stay here and will not be returning.

Stayed here 17th to 19th March, lovely hotel which is undergoing a refurb in certain places, our room was on the top floor with a sea view, only criticism is that you could hear people in other rooms as the walls are really thin, however we didn't let it spoil our stay, the hotel bar is really well done and...

We were made very welcome by all the staff, everywhere was very clean and tidy in the hotel. The newly refurbished bar was lovely. Evening meal was OK, pub type food, we had continental breakfast which was OK, mainly tinned fruit, except apples and oranges, a bit more imagination on the fruit selection would be good. We would love to...

We had room number 34 and it is SMALL, it is a struggle to get past the bed to the window and there are cobwebs on the ceiling. Breakfast is also now great. Glad we only stayed one night, never again.
