I booked this hotel so that I could visit friends and family in Berkshire - I didn't want to spend a lot of time here, I just needed a HQ where I could get ready to go out and crash in the evening. The staff were nice enough - but the hotel ran out of irons. I had to go...

Staff at check in tried to charge me for the room, despite the fact it should be billed back to my company. Once I'd sorted that, they then told me that breakfast wasn't included and would be an extra £7.99 per night, even though when I'd made the booking it definitely was included. The room itself was a good size,...

I booked one night at the Berkshire Arms to attend an early morning cremation service at West Berkshire Crematorium which was located less than 5 mins away from the hotel. There was plenty of parking. Our double room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The bathroom had a bath and a good shower. We arrived late evening and went next...

The room is basic, which is absolutely what you expect at this level. What I didn't expect was the abundance of mould in the bathroom. Not just on the grout, on the sealant, the floor, the ceiling. There is clearly an issue with ventilation, but the mound could be cleaned off with bleach. The fact it isn't just points to...

The room was missing basic items such as phone/ironing board however the bed was comfortable. Only luke warm water for the shower in the morning. Breakfast was poor with slow service and missed items that had been ordered.

Had the seafood grill and for the price there was nit enough fish at all the other half had a good normal.mixed grill. The waitress was lovely. There was a...

For the price, you can't really complain. It had the feel of an old Premier Inn or a Travellodge and was a little dated, but the room was a good size and the bed was comfy. The lady on the front desk was very helpful upon checking in.

Great wee stopover and excellent value, we had a double room with a single bed added for our daughter. hotel room was clean and tiday well presented and amenities with free wifi throughout the hotel where more than adequate. Staf where friendly and personable, and the venue itself had that shabby sheek look and feel to it. Food and beverages...
