Had an after work business dinner last night for 4 at The Bunk. We all ordered different dishes and it was all delicious. We sat in the dining room buy the door as it was a lovely warm evening. Great polite professional service. Thank you X

We were back in the area visiting friends and decided to dine at The Bunk Inn as we hadn't been for some years. I have to say the food was exceptional, we chose the Sunday roasts with the lamb and beef cooked perfectly pink in the middle and the size of the portions kept us going all afternoon for our...

Meeting up with family this lovely pub was equidistance for us and proved to be quite a find. Really tasty food, nicely presented and friendly staff. We liked the dining room as it was flooded with natural light and nice views too.

The Bunk Inn is an excellent, characterful pub/hotel which offers a warm welcome, a good range of ales (according to my husband), delicious food (including real mushrooms in the full English breakfast), and unique, clean, bespoke rooms named after herbs each with their own quirky signature style. We have stayed here twice as it is conveniently situated close to the...

We booked here as we had arranged to meet up with some old friends who had moved to the area, everything about our experience was fabulous! Our room was lovely with every comfort catered for and our puppy was welcomed and made a fuss of which was lovely too. The food was of a very high standard real restaurant quality...

This was a great disappointment this year - the service was OK, matter of fact and without much joy imparted but the food was a real disappointment. A freezing cold pork terrine lacked taste and a completely inedible poached pear for me at the end. I asked for an edible alternative, but nothing came and as it was packed and...

I went with a friend and her two children for lunch. The menu was varied, the room we were in was warm and cosy and a log fire burned near the bar. Service was attentive and friendly and they were very good with the children. I shared a meat/salmon platter which was delicious (more bread was offered and accepted before...

The 3rd year we have visited The Bunk for Christmas Day and the best so far! Not too busy but lots of atmosphere. Fantastic food - hot and 'home made'! Gluten free requirements catered for excellently and without fuss. Thank you to all the team who made a relaxed family Christmas lunch very enjoyable. Looking forward to next year already...

A very cosy pub with delicious food. Extremely friendly staff and good service even though the restaurant was full. There was a good choice of food and everything we ate was of a high standard. I'm sure that we will be visiting again soon.

Thank Louisa D
