We wanted a short break in Minehead to celebrate my birthday and Premier Inn delivered exactly what we needed. Access was easy, the room was clean and tidy, the staff were helpful and it was only a short walk to the pub! In fact its only a ten minute walk to the sea front and local attractions. We'll certainly go again.

I like staying at Premier Inn. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the facilities fine. Shame you have to pay for overnight parking though. What spoilt this stay was the attached Brewers Fare restaurant’s availability. There were so many items from the menu not available it was embarrassing for the staff. I guess that 80% of deserts were not available.

The hotel is on the outskirts of the town, close to Butlins and some supermarkets. The hotel is to the usual high standard you would expect from Premier Inn. Ate in the pub next door and they had an incredible 2for1 offer on meals.

Following a very awesome weekend at a nearby resort, a group of 6 of us decided to recover at the local premier inn before travelling home on the Tuesday. We wandered in to the Premier Inn very weary and worn out, but way before check in, but expecting to be turned away as it was so early. The amazing Terri took one look at this broken group and took pity on us, she jumped straight into action and checked us all in straight away, this was above and beyond and she forever has the gratitude of us all. Awesome service!!!
