Smelly, not enough parking outside (used by transits) so had to park up road with threat of clamp in morning, no heating in the bathroom, curtains falling down. Slept on top of bed and didn't stop for breakfast. Just cheap and run down

I stayed at this hotel with a colleague whilst attending a course nearby. It was chosen on price as our budget was low. I didn't look at reviews until after booking and found them pretty poor, so I was dreading our stay. We found our twin room clean and comfortable. The shower room was a reasonable size. The continental breakfast... More

Noisy room, cold and bleak. It's a soulless place with very little going for it. I could hear the next door room and I'm sure they could hear me! Without question, should I have the displeasure of staying in Luton again, I'll pay the extra and head for the premier inn just around the corner. What a dive.

A very well located hotel for the airport, that is it!! The room was old and tired, the night-staff not interested in customers and the hotel is opposite a very busy 24hr petrol Garage. The main road is used as a track circuit by the local lads in their cars, therefore zero sleep had. We booked an early breakfast with... More

After arriving much later than planned due to M1 closures, I was anxious about getting a parking space based on previous reviews I had read. To my surprise, the car park only had 3 cars parked in it with 2 further spaces being unusable, so we were able to get a sae. There is plenty of street parking near by... More

The hotel appears clean but it strongly smells of cigarette smoke everywhere - even if there are no smoking signs. It also stinks - not just in the bathroom but also inside the room. We got two (2) rooms on the ground floor and at the basement and it was the same. The simple continental breakfast buffet set up however... More

Not the prettiest side of Luton, not the best breakfast, not the longest bed. But it was, however, some friendly staff and a descent room for a fair bit of coin. I used it as overlay coming from the airport at night and leaving again to oxford in the morning - it worked okay for that. A bit hard to... More

Nice, helpful staff however the so called family room comprised three separate single beds like some dormitory. Can't recall the last time I saw an electric fan in a hotel room as opposed to an AC. Breakfast was just OK

Unfriendly guy at check in asking us to pay a different price then we booked via booking.com. He even said that if we did not want to pay his price he had to cancel the booking. We accepted the new price as we had to sleep somewhere at midnight. Room was ok. Bed was fine and so was the bathroom.... More

Small hotel , we stayed with my family for three days and room are nice clean. Also the bathrooms are clean and welcoming. There is parking and is quiet in the hotel during the night. The breakfast could improve. Just perfect for cheap stay and good night rest!
