We were visiting Huddersfield for one night and we were recommended The Cambridge. It's not far from the centre of Huddersfield. We booked and was given a very warm welcome. We went to our room on the top floor but there is a lift. The room was spacious and well appointed. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bed linen...

My fiance and here stayed overnight for a university reunion. There was plenty of parking at the back of the hotel and we were genuinely pleasantly surprised by how clean and welcoming the hotel was. Staff were incredibly helpful and polite. Our room was large, clean and well decorated and it came with a lovely en suite and all the...

Great hotel, located 5 minutes walk to city centre. This three star hotel was perfect, comfortable beds, powerful shower with big bath. Friendly, helpful staff and incredibly clean throughout, plus free parking. Excellent value for money.

This hotel is within walking distance of the centre of Huddersfield for shopping and dining. Close to the railway station. The beds are comfortable and the breakfast was outstanding. The price is right and there were many young couples staying there. It is a University city.

Sometimes you are told, 'oh don't stay there, it's filled with homeless people and drug abusers' ... well, okay, it's rare for someone to say that to you. When I mentioned that we would be staying here, that is what I was told. It may have been the case some years ago, but seriously good people of Yorkshire, you could...
