We stayed overnight in a family room, all other rooms were booked, so the room was huge. It looked like the room had recently been decorated, it was spotless. Beds were very comfortable. All staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great. The whole stay was very good value for money, would definitely stay again.

Having moved to the area recently we've been here for dinner quite a few times. Food is always great and the service very welcoming. Would definitely recommend. If you're ever in Chepstow you should pay a visit

We've been here many times before. A little gem slightly off the High Street of Chepstow that is well worth making a 3 minute detour. Super-friendly staff who are welcoming, attentive and happy to be there. We arrived for our meal and had a second-to-none-experience. The landlord approached us and conciencously looked after us and made an effort to get...

Our meals were very reasonably priced, well presented. Service was polite and friendly. Our only problem was a group of 'ladies' that decided to sit at the table next to us. One of them we could have done without - firstly she had brought a dog with her, and although I like dogs, I don't like to smell them when...

Lovely ,renovated room, very clean, super comfortable Hypnos beds, great night sleep after long day of walking😊Room decorated with a great taste. Good food and good service. The only downside is lack of wifi in room , it is available at the pub though. Would definitely stay there again. Chepstow is a quiet and pretty little town with lots of restaurants and...

Very comfortable, coffee machine in the room, breakfast and pub downstairs. Seconds walk from the Queens Head, Camra pub of the year and many resturaunts nearby. Lovely landlord who invested a tidy sum in smartening up the place.

We booked two rooms over Xmas by phone, the owner was extremely helpful with sorting out our booking. The room we had was very large it had both a huge double bed & a single bed, it was newly decorated to a high standard & was spotlessly clean. The bathroom again was immaculate, the only thing that could have improved...

A group of us stayed over after having a business group Christmas meal in the Inn. The Christmas meal was excellent. Very tasty and beautifully served. The rooms were clean and comfy. It was the first occasion in a long time that I stayed in a room without an en-suite. However, the shared bathroom was beautifully clean and decorated. The...

We came down for the races and had the best meal here. The fillet steak was excellent, with mushrooms, chunky chips and onion rings. The pizza and salad were a cut above. The deconstructed Eton Mess could have taken its place in the best London restaurant. Prices very reasonable as was the bottle of wine. would highly recommend.
