We were the very first people to stay in this perfect cottage 20 years ago this year! What can I say? It is idyllic in every way. I remember asking the owners to buy some presents for my new wife and hide them around the cottage for our arrival - nothing was too much trouble. Just thinking it's about time...

Where do I start?! We LOVE this place! traveled with 2 adults, a 17 year old boy, an 11 year old and an almost 8 year old girl and they adored this place! It was so cottagy but not too small just cozy. LOVED the fireplace. Super clean and organized. The owners were so kind! Our youngest got sick from...

We stayed here for the New Year for 3 nights, this cottage is set in a quiet , peaceful surroundings with great views of the mountains from the kitchen window . We unfortunately didn't get to do much sightseeing in the surrounding area due to extreme bad weather & the roads were pretty flooded after the storm so we would...

What can I say other than absolutely stunning. I stayed with my family in August and it really was the most enjoyable experience. Faultless with the house giving use everything we needed and more. Eamon cooked for us on the last night which finished our holiday beautifully. We will defiantly be booking again - highly recommend!!

We (a couple in our 70s, two adult children) stayed at Cooper's Cottage for a week in April, and loved it. The cottage is well-appointed and cosy, the rooms comfortable and quiet, the kitchen well furnished with cookware, utensils and dishes, and our "self-catering" went smoothly. The nearby fields visible from the kitchen table provided breakfast entertainment with a couple...

Coopers Cottage was just what we wanted. The owners are very helpful and nice. We had 5 in our party and it was very comfortable. Great location to lots of things, but a car is a must. My favorite part was watching the red foxes in the field behind the house in the mornings before the cows arrived to graze.

Awesome place! The outside of the cottage looks a bit different than the picture because the owners have just painted the exterior and removed a couple trees from the front of the house (which makes it look more open)...It was a perfect spot for us because we took day trips to the South, East, and West of Ireland during our...

If it is quiet that you are after, the cottage has it! If you are after scenery, you've got it! if you want a great location to sightsee from,...

I stayed in Coopers Cottage with my family for 2 weeks over Christmas and New Year. It was very cosy and had everything that was needed. Our hosts Stella & Eamonn were there to greet us on arrival and had lit a warming fire in the fireplace for us! They pointed out all the necessities around the house and outbuildings,...

Five adults (2 couples and a single) enjoyed almost a week at Coopers Cottage. We went exploring the area every day, taking in three of the surrounding counties. We were most comfortable and found Stella and Eamonn to be gracious hosts. The cottage is well equipped and perfect for self-catering in an awesome setting. A great spot for exploring a...

“The downstairs bedroom has its own bathroom; the two upstairs bedrooms share a second downstairs bathroom. The stairs might be a little tricky (steep, somewhat shifting carpet on them) if you aren't altogether steady on your feet. They weren't a problem for us, but could be for others.”
