Excellent guesthouse, spotlessly clean, really good breakfast and very welcoming. We stayed for one night when we were visiting the Opera House and Roseleigh is perfectly located for this. We would not hesitate to return.

Roseleigh is First Class. The room was immaculate. Breakfast was good. Linen top quality. Location is outstanding. The photos do not do it justice. I would recommend it to anyone. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay.
