My daughter and I shared a spacious twin bedded room together with a spotless bathroom with the luxury of a bath with shower over.Wonderful fluffy huge bath towels and very comfortable beds. Breakfasts were beautifully cooked with a varied menu and Rupert and Caroline could not do enough for us recommending places to go and the most scenic route. Would...

Me my husband and a friend stopped here for one night on our way home to the south west from Scotland in our motorbikes. Very accommodating and we parked motorcycles round back of the property out the way. We were showed to our rooms and shown whet everything is and how it works and given advice re the local area....

I couldn't fault our stay. Our room was 100% clean and comfortable, with "extras" such as local info available. The food was freshly cooked and excellent - including the home baked vegan bread for my friend. She was very pleased with the standard of the vegan breakfast options too - often missing elsewhere. Our hosts were very welcoming, friendly and...

An overnight stay whilst on a lightening visit to Buxton for a friend's wedding and this certainly did not disappoint. The room was perfect for my needs and very well appointed. The breakfast was lovely and there was an ample display of food on offer. My only concern - which did not affect my stay at all - was that...

No 9 is spotlessly clean and well furnished in a style in keeping with the period of the house. The towels are big and fluffy and our bed was comfy. The breakfast was...

I picked this B&B on the strength of its TripAdvisor reviews and wasn't disappointed. My boyfriend and I stayed here for two nights and I honestly can't fault it, especially the lovely owners who go above and beyond to make your stay an extra special one. As everyone else has said, the delicious breakfasts, fluffy towels, posh selection of teas...

A warm welcome from Rupert on our arrival and we were taken straight to our room (6) The room was a good size and had everything in it, including a comprehensive tea tray, toiletries in the bathroom and massive fluffy towels. The whole place was absolutely spotless. The only gripe we had was that the mattress was somewhat creaky, which...
