Stayed for a week while visiting family in the area. Restaurant food was great for breakfast and dinner. Room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, bed was very good. Wifi was a bit patchy at times (I was on the free network, there is a paid option that I didn't try but I Think the free network should be improved). BIggest plus were the exceptionally friendly and welcoming reception staff, who were all great but I want to give a particular shoutout to Andrea for just being so positive, welcoming and friendly; nothing was too much trouble and she made the experience of staying really welcome and great!! WIll stay again.

Even though it was for one night the hotel was very clean and comfortable. The only downside was the noise made by the bathroom extractor, very, very loud! The reception staff were excellent and very helpful. The pub/restaurant next door was a little disappointing, very limited availability on the menu and in our opinion overpriced. However the staff were lovely which took the sting out. Would stay at the hotel again but eat elsewhere.

Just what we wanted for catching up with family. Could do with Air Conditioning . Otherwise all good. Parking was easy and bit of a stream to look into. The attached Beef Eater is one of the best we have used.

The staff were nice and the bed was comfy but the room was so tiny that you can only just walk around the bed. Ive stayed in a few premier inns and its the first time i couldnt wait to leave. I didnt get value for money either because it was bank holiday weekend and i was charged £260 for the privelidge
