First of all, the restaurant and bar was closed so no access to any drinks or food whilst there. In the morning at 10:32, the cleaner decided to walk into my room where me and my GF was still asleep, even though we had the DND sign on the door handle. And the check out time was 12pm so there was no valid excuse for this.

Our room was discusting. For a start it was so so hot the whole time, we had the windows open and the fan provided on but it was doing nothing. The fan was so old it fell apart in our hands and got dust everywhere, and the windows were doing absolutely nothing. On the website it say you have control of an AC, i can tell you now that not one room in the hotel has an AC. To top the heat off (on cold days too) we had ONE shower. One. Went out for two hours to come back to an absolutely gut wrenching smell coming from the bathroom. The smell of damp was so strong that after going down to the office and being told theres nothing they can do, we shut our bathroom door and refused to use it after. To top off the whole stay, the beds are majorly uncomfortable. Two nights and a didnt sleep a wink. Will no be staying again.

Well room to hot not enough towels no sky or Netflix a lot of money for one night over £100 i now know why i stay in the jury’s inn more if a better Experience You just don’t get the well factor in a premier in or travel lodge in fairness And when you’re paying top dollar you expect a lot more The beefeater restaurant next door was nice dinner but the breakfast tasted like it was all out of a tin Very bland no taste You would’ve thought all this time they were closed I could’ve have rejigged everything and made it a lot better experience sadly it wasn’t for me nice bed Decent pillows Freeview only in this day and age A fridge in the room would’ve been useful
