Elmsted Court Farm was the lodging highlight on my two week tour of County Kent, England. First class service, a truly memorable experience, a clean and attractive room with en suite bathroom, and an opportunity to explore all the beauty and charm County Kent has to offer. The spacious “king” bedroom was spotlessly appointed. The proprietor helped me with luggage,...

I normally love a 5 star hotel and when I told my husband I had booked a BB farmhouse he was quite pale. However he was very pleased with my choice and said it was top notch. Carol and her family run a B&B on their farm. make sure you follow Carol's directions and not the sat nav as you...

My wife and I were attending a friend's wedding nearby. After a rather tedious drive from Oxfordshire the welcome was extremely warm from the Jakemans. Andy carried our luggage to the room whilst Carol provided a pot of tea in their living room. The ensuite 'Elm' room was cosy with everything one might ever need right down to a suede...

We were looking for a peaceful, relaxing break that's exactly what we got. Carol and Andy were extremely friendly and accommodating. Room was immaculate and breakfast was amazing. We will definitely be back with our girls the next time we visit. We would highly recommend.

Being on our way to the ferry, we only stayed one night. Carol received us with hot tea and homemade cake, our room was nice and warm, with a very comfortable bed and lovely views from both windows. Both room and bathroom were very clean and Carol makes you feel really welcome. Breakfast was very, very good, so we were...

We stayed 2 nights and wished we could have stayed longer. A wonderful welcome from Carol, Andy and their children. Oak room very spacious and comfortable, Carol has thought of everything. Great location on a quiet country lane opposite the ancient village church with lovely views all around. Carol recommended an excellent pub for evening meals and her breakfasts are...

Stayed for one night on the way to France, great welcome from Carol, room lovely, amazingly quiet location with beautiful views. Although we were leaving early Carol still laid on a fab breakfast with fruit and homemade jams. Could not fault it in any way, would recommend over a chain any day

We stayed here for 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it! When we arrived Carol made us a welcome cup of tea and then showed us the room. The farm house is charming and Carol, Andrew and the family are very friendly. The rooms are lovely, and Oak is very spacious - huge bed, sofa, TV, coffee table, fridge, tea making...

Carol is a delightfully friendly hostess, and her accommodation is beautifully clean, comfortable and full of thoughtful touches. Breakfast was delicious, especially the plate of chopped mixed fruit. As experienced B&B owners ourselves, we set high standards, and they were met completely. Only sorry it was a 1 night stay. Thank you, and good luck with the lambing !

We couldn't ask for anything more when we came in on a rainy friday night. Friendly Carol, Andrew and their son. Large bedroom (the oak), Executive breakfast at your choise, and then the finest marmelades, cheeses if you want, etc. Beautiful area, too. Elmsted Court farmhouse can be reached by 3 or more roads, we tried 3 of them. A...
