The whole hotel was dirty, the stairs carpet has dust in every corner. The room had a stained carpet, mould on the bath, dirty windows, hair in the bed. The heated, electric towel rail was held together with gaffa tape. One entire wall was dripping with damp that had soaked through the wall paper and stained it. The windows didn't...

We enjoyed two days at the Kingsway hotel. Pleasant rooms with comfortable beds. Clean throughout. Two couples, one room sea view one room not, but still enjoyable. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice to have a late check out as complimentary.

What can I say about this place. Well it is situated right on the beach with great views of the channel. Some rooms have balconies and I would describe the place as 'pleasant'. We used this as a stop over on route to France and booked two rooms. Your level of comfort will be dependent on your luck in getting...

I thought this looked like a nice little spot to stop for a coffee on a sunny morning. The signs looked inviting and encouraging for non residents and dog friendly. The service was terrible. Rude, moody staff and they didn't even know if they sold decaffe coffee. The hotel smelt of smoke and is well in need of a revamp.

Yes, the Hotel is dated and a bit shabby, does need some work doing on it, but I'd rather stay here than a "Brand name". The staff were brilliant, and made the stay work for us. We are a disabled needing couple, but decided not to stay to stay in one of the disabled rooms, due to me wanting a...

We arrived in Worthing on an off chance and after trying a couple of places ended up here. Everywhere else was fully booked. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. They arranged for two single beds to be moved together as they had no double rooms left. The room was in a very sad and tired state. This place...

Recently had to stay as all hotels seemed fully booked. I got to say the hotel was ok and I only had a one night stay. But I just felt it needed a bit of love my room was a sea view room but the curtains didn't close properly and lucky I had to leave early as the light was...

Needs an overall!! The handbook is outdated. Parking is not free. Service is not very accommodating and as a customer you feel your in the way. certainly not worth 120 a night in a double size bed!! And we booked two... Nightmare!!! Wished I cancelled. The only saving grace is location but they cannot depend on that alone, I'm afraid....
