Needed a room close to Worthing for a work-related overnight. This place was perfect for that, large room, clean and comfortable. The shower was modern and worked, there was a kettle. It's slightly impersonal in that there is no desk or whatever but I prefer that to an overbearing owner. Terrific value.

I just needed a cheap room for a stop over on business in the area. This was ideal for me. Very reasonable and no fuss. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. Okay so there's no hotel desk or anyone to greet you but hey, we're grown up aren't we? Clive texted me with the code number for the...

Wanted a place in Findon for a wedding. We stayed last year in the "Findon Motel" which was bad so opted for a different establishment. When the texts started coming through on the morning of our stay, I realised this "Worthing and Findon Pitstop" is run by the same person, so I expected it to be as bad as Findon...

The Pit stop is located in a pretty little village, very quaint, and cute, I love places like that, felt very safe, and cosy. We arrived at the pitstop, which is a strange layout, no one there to greet you, we didnt see another soul in our time there, which I personally dont like, I love seeing the presence of...

Having read a number of negative reviews, I was a little dubious about booking a half term break at this accommodation. Took the plunge, and glad that I did. This is situated in a beautiful, peaceful Sussex village, with several excellent pubs, general store, and a very good Indian restaurant, all within a few minutes walk. Be aware that there...

We booked a room here at the Pit Stop Findon for a "different hotel experience." After we found it (not an easy task) and walked in we found a small room with no-where to put our baggage. The window only opened a small amount so we had little ventilation & the rooms & corridor had clearly been refurbished recently as...

Have made improvements with a fresh look and new carpets through out. Clearly not finished but everything you need for a couple of nights. Roomy rooms and cafe across the road does fantastic breakfast. Will definitely book with them again. Next time we book might upgrade review to a 4star

Findon and Worthing Pit stop is an ideal place to stay for those of us who appreciate simplicity and self-reliance. It is not a typical hotel as you check in via text and email, but Clive and Lucy the owners are more than happy to fill any needs. My suggestion: don't wait to have things done for you, if you...

We stayed here for one night. This is not what you would call a conventional hotel. There is no reception or receptionist. In fact the pit stop is just a small building with a few bedrooms. When we eventually found the place, which was not easy, we simply walked in and went to the room that had been allocated to...

With that in mind all in all a comfortable stay. Owner texts address and room number - no reception so nowhere to address any problems other than owners mobile number. To which you may or may not get a response. The good bits: Hot shower, relatively clean, clean towels, complimentary shower gels, tea & coffee, larger than necessary TV!! Very...
