Wish I could give this a minus mark! Please do avoid. Room is so dirty, hair on sheets, mould on window and walls, bathroom is filthy, and I'm sure there's dog paw prints on the carpet of the room! What ever you do, do not look under the bed as it will put u off sleeping like me and that's...

Stayed here for one night to go to a gig in Wolverhampton - from the date we had booked to the time we actually going to the hotel the reviews had gone downhill and we were a little worried. The check in process was so slow and the staff were disinterested - when we got to the room I felt...

I have never written a review before but i feel i just have to warn anyone not to have a pre theatre meal in the hotel. The half a slice of stale bread was a warning of what was to come. The Turkey was dry and brittle, the choice of sprouts or carrots were either so hard you could not eat...

Stayed last year on business at the Britannia Wolverhampton. Reservation originally paid for on a company credit card by my company so I did not have this with me. Apparently it is a condition that you need the card you book with on arrival, but this is not displayed anywhere, as a result I was required to pay again BEFORE...

I'm sure when industry was booming in the area, this would have been a hotel where the rich industrialists would have stayed. The exterior of the hotel as well as the entrance hall hint to a grander past. However, the place is stuck there. The rooms would have been tired in the 90s, even family run B&Bs have flat screen...

Called reception got moved to room 236. Nice enough room although tv was tiny and remote didn't work nor were there light bulbs in dressing...

I stayed here for a night & we had 3 rooms . They were all equally filthy. There was a huge gap under the door. The food ran out at breakfast. The manager Lyndsey could not have cared less if she tried. I have emailed my complaint to the online customer services 3 times & posted on their Facebook page...

The best thing about this hotel is it's location and cost. It is close to the city center, bus and train stations. Other than that it's the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It is an old but beautiful hotel, unfortunately it hasn't really been up-kept. You aren't allow to bring anything to eat or drink into the hotel...
