What a lovely hotel this is!! Perfect for our trip to see Thriller for my mums 60th at the Grand Theatre. The staff have been more than accommodating since I booked as I asked for an earlier check in due to the show starting at 4pm. We arrived early on the day and the lady who greeted us couldn't do...

We visited this restaurant for my wife's birthday. The menu was biased towards fish as it was a Friday. We had our 5 year old daughter with us. The staff were friendly and professional, taking our coats as we entered. The decor was modern and light. The restaurant is mainly situated in the conservatory. The whole place was very clean...

We discovered this family run hotel on our first trip to Wolverhampton to visit relatives three years ago. Now it is our hotel of choice each time we travel down. And it's good to see that our expectations from that first visit are not disappointed. The hotel is in a quiet and attractive location overlooking West Park and close to...

Afternoon Tea was served in a small but lovely conservatory. Welcomed by very pleasant waitress who talked us through what we would be eating. lovely array of sandwiches, wraps and small burgers with buns. Then we had a beautiful array of cakes including tirramasu, carrot cake, scones etc tasted delicious, but unable to finish them all so the waitress boxed...

Stayed here in November with a friend in a twin room. Ensuite a little on the small side, with a massive jet powered shower unit which was ok but hard work to use. I think we were in an executive twin. Reasonablly priced. Breakfast was superb - so much choice and very fresh. Staff are very customer oriented and helpful....
