Firstly, the layout and feel of the hotel is lovely. The rooms were nice and the staff were friendly. Only one soap dispenser which covered shower and sink (could they not afford 2?) Our stay was marred for a number of other reasons: Firstly, there was no Wi-Fi in the rooms for the first two days of our stay. When...

Very short stay - great location the Gemini retail park. First room was a twin rather than a King as booked, very cold and did not look ready (duvet folded on top of the bed but beds not made) however, reception immediately transferred me to a family suite which was perfect. Comfortable bed, clean and a lot of space. The...

Booked a room with tree house bunk beds which the kids loved they got a TV an DVD player at the end of each bed which kept them quiet. Main bed was so big and comfy, lots of space in the room and big TV with free view channels. Bath & shower worked great aswell. Gullivers world was not open...

We have stayed here previously on a weekend and it was fantastic: play room, activities for children in the evening and even a movie. We ate at the Park's diner for breakfast and while we had the basic family room we enjoyed the touches like the sweets for the children. This time wasn't so great. We arrived at around 10pm....

I booked this hotel for a family visit to the UK. We arrived late in the evening with poor lighting in the car park area. Check in was quick and efficient. I had booked through a booking site. I had booked two family rooms. While there were interconnecting rooms we were given separate rooms. The noise from the room next...

The hotel themed room was nicer than expected. The staff made the night, a special one to one night for my daughter and I. Adele and Jackie did everything they could to keep everybody happy. They were expecting 8 families and got 43! The food options and quality is quite poor but everything else was nice. Warm and friendly. We...

When invited to get a takeaway from "Just Eat" I should have smelt a rat. I made the mistake of ordering a soup and a burger, whilst investing in a bottle of wine. I'd nearly finished the wine when the soup arrived 40 minutes later,(there was no-one else at the bar there at the time) made worse by the dry...
