We stayed in the Garden Room for 5 nights self catering in July. Tori and Tim are great hosts. We stayed Self Catering due to COVID19 arrangements. The B&B is in a great position for Cornwall, Dartmoor and South Devon. The accommodation is very well presented and maintained, with all rooms of generous proportions. The position is beautiful with a view across to Brentor. Whilst there we visited Eden Project, Tintagel as well as Dartmoor. Definitely keen to return in the future.

This remains one of the best B&Bs we have ever stayed in!..1 hour from Newquay Airport and only 1 hour 45 mins from St Just Airport if you are travelling to the Isles of Scilly. Located in a quiet spot in Brentor with a private driveway leading up to the house. Plenty of parking. As usual we got a fabulous greeting from Tori (Victoria). Covid-19 measures in place. Beautiful dog-friendly room which was very large in keeping with the Georgian building. I remembered the fridge in the room and a little decanter of sherry...yes I did try it again. Walk in shower, very comfy bed and one of the best breakfasts anywhere, beautifully presented as usual. To Tory and Tony, I thank you again for your hospitality. Stay safe!

Everything here screams classy. Wonderful period feel house. Massive well equipped room, with unbelievable ensuite. The most comfortable bath imaginable. Perfect for a long soak. Top notch toiletries, and even candles by the bath. Good breakfast, good choice. Perfect position, miles from anywhere, so peaceful, with stunning moorland views.

We have stayed at Burnville before, and once again were not disappointed !! The building and rooms are just magnificent, full of antique furniture and great attention to detail. Tim and Tori's hard work and warm welcome, along with the fantastic food means you will not be disappointed.
