We have been to the Ross-On-Wye hotel more times than any other. Consistently good service from both the hotel and Beefeater. In particular we recognised quite a few faces of the Beefeater staff (low staff turnover is always a good sign), and impressively two of them recognised us. I haven't rated it 5 stars as the cooked breakfast was not... More

The hotel is in a very accessible location, and only five minutes drive into the centre of the town. A decent beefeater stands next door, and other than a main road that isnt noticeable, The hotel is surrounded by countryside. As for standards - I couldn't fault it for cleanliness, friendliness and efficiency.

We stayed for a week-end visiting an old friend. Hotel was fantastic. We had a ground floor room with beautiful views over the meadow. Beafeater restaurant next door with excellent meals that can be booked prior to visit or a great deal booking through the Hotel. Highly recommended.

Really enjoyed our stay at this Premier Inn. Staff were helpful, friendly and happy! Room although basic, it was squeaky clean with plenty of space for two adults and one teenager. Plenty of bedding, pillows etc. Could have done with an additional bath towel. Location was ideal for visit to Hereford and only about 40mins to Abergavenny, which is nice... More

Except that the room was stifling ,they had put two floor mounted fans in the room but they were noisy so it was either put up with the noise or suffer the conditions and this was in October. The food at the nearby Beefeater was ok but just ok. We did mention the problem but there was nothing that could... More

Adjacent Beefeater Inn breakfast was typical of Premier Inn breakfasts with plenty to offer in a continental type breakfast and loads of fresh foods, yoghurts, breads, cereals and pastries with all you can eat. This is much improved upon since last year. The cooked breakfast is also available. Parking is good and evening meals are good with very friendly service.

I stayed here with my wife for a prepaid three night break. On arriving back to our room late on the first night I took down a pillow from the shelf (they call it a wardrobe but it's an open shelf) on turning the pillow over there was a clump of hair attached to the pillow, and you could then... Hi Yvonne Thanks for taking the time to share your review. I'm concerned to learn that the level of cleanliness in your room was not up to standard. As part of our brand standard, bed linen is only changed if you are staying for 4 nights or more, however the team should also change this sooner if requested and I'm... More

This Premier was in an excellent location on the outskirts of Ross on Wye. It provided easy access tothe beautiful towns in the area. It was very quiet and had a lovely Beefeater pub right next to it. The staff were extremely friemndly and helpful.
