Staff & Management (Owner) very friendly & helpful, nothing too much hassle for them. Room clean & comfortable, full English Breakfast out-of-this-world. Location excellent, right on the sea front. Easy walking to the town centre.

Myself, my wife and my six year old boy (plus unborn baby at 30 weeks!) had a lovely stay in this hotel. Very easy to find, the hotel is in a great location and you can walk to everything in St Anne's, with Blackpool a five minute drive away. Our room itself was spotless, with a modern bathroom/TV/wifi. My wife...

Bar area/terrace is very nice and the rest of the hotel is clean but basic. I had advised the hotel that I was pregnant (6 months) when I booked but was still put on the 2nd floor despite the lift being out of order. It was quite difficult going up and down all the stairs several times a day. We...

Comfortable, clean and well appointed family run Hotel. Very nice breakfast. Some parking on the forecourt but plenty of street parking nearby. Front bedrooms have lovely view across the Promenade. The staff were very helpful and friendly and we felt very well looked after.

Stayed here recently and couldn't fault the staff or food. Room was large and the bed was comfortable. However, the hotel is in urgent need of modernisation as the decor looks shabby, carpets are thread bear in places and everything looks " tired". The bedroom furniture is old fashioned and we were unable to use the bath as the water...

Thank you for your review. We have gone through all twelve of our rooms as well as both landings and cannot find any threadbare carpet - please let us know where you saw thread bare patches. As for the furniture- Room 2 (only room with a bath) was replaced 18 months ago from a large, well known modern store. We...

Stayed here for one night so we could see the illuminations in Blackpool without the traffic jams as it's only a short bus ride. The lady on reception as we arrived was very friendly and we were very happy with the room , the views from our room (7) were beautiful just a shame there was no sun but it...
