Stayed for one night when visiting family. Friendly staff on check in who offered to help us with our bags. When we arrived at our rooms we checked the beds to find one of our twin mattresses split. We reported this and the manager on duty opened up the adjoining room for us so that we had access to another...

Have been staying here for 3 months and enjoyed every minute of it, rooms are spacious and comfortable and very clean. Staff are so polite and helpful, cannot do enough for you, great food also. I would recommend Ramada Loughborough to everyone, will be sad to leave. Thanks to all the staff for a great stay :)

Clean affordable rooms, in a good central location to the town centre, but still nice and quiet at night! Check in was painless, and the rooms were well equipped and large enough to be comfortable. Bed was great too.

I stayed here very last minute and was not disappointed. The staff were friendly and the room was adequate and clean. Typical amenities as in, private bathroom, kettle, hair dryer etc. Breakfast was a mix of bread, fruit, meats and bacon etc. The hotel is located right in the town centre. I would stay here again.

Okay, there's nothing particularly bad about it, but nothing good either. I would much rather stay at a budget travelodge/holiday inn express. A loughbrough city centre location is hardly Knightsbridge, so i am not convinced by the value. £60 per night with no breakfast. Bedrooms are as you would expect, old fashioned, not particularly comfortable, but clean enough. The wi-fi...

I would describe this hotel as " shabby chic " and I don't mean this to be uncomplimentary. It's a nice hotel ideally located on the High Street in Loughborough. We booked with Expedia which advertised free parking here. However this is not the case, although the staff honoured the free parking on our booking. The car park is immediately...

The Hotel was not anywhere near its capacity yet I was put in a room as far from reception it was possible to do so. This involved a very long walk and negociating several heavy fire safety doors. at 85 year od I found this difficult

Booked in on a Wednesday afternoon for 4 nights. First Impression which was cool firmed and it was dated and had seen better days. Was allocated a single room which on arrival was not only small but was like a sauna. The heat in there was unbearable and was unable to control it. went to the reception and was given...
