This was a fab find, it's a little way out of Loughborough but wasn't a problem for me. It had a lovely feel and every was very friendly. The lady running the guesthouse made me feel immediately at home and better still cooked the best breakfast. I'll definitely go back!

Room was spacious, clean and quiet. I couldn't hear any cars on the road or in the car park. Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and welcoming and I was comfortable there on my own. Facilities were good.

Absolutely reccomended. The staff is really kind. Nice and clean room, the shared bathroom was clean and tidy. The 3 bedroom room was comfy and big enough. Prices absolutely competitive. Really close to Loughbourogh, 15-20 min by car.

Excellent value for money. Friendly, helpful host. Clean room, very comfortable bed with white bedding which I personally like. Quiet overnight. There is a kitchen area downstairs if you wish to make drinks. The full cooked...

A warm welcome. The room clean and tidy. A cold evening but heated beautifully. A good breakfast. I would say the only improvement would be the showers. A choice of two. We used both and neither were particularly good. I would however visit again. Good value.

Nice place, stayed here while working in Loughborough last week.. booked again for next week. Well maintained rooms, lots of room and friendly staff. In terms of what you get for your money it's excellent value. Parking is limited but there is room around the corner if full.
